Our model ensures every placement is safe, compliant, and outcome-focused, backed by documentation, safeguarding protocols, and measurable progress tracking.
From light-touch support to intensive 24-hour care — tailored to individual needs
For tenants with low-level needs, such as early prevention cases, NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) young people, or low-risk care leavers.
1–2 visits per week (floating or scheduled)
Visiting or shared keyworker support
Maintain independence and prevent homelessness
For individuals who need regular contact and guidance, such as those at risk of homelessness, survivors of domestic violence, or adults managing mild to moderate mental health challenges.
3–4 sessions per week
Dedicated keyworker (shared across 5–10 tenants) with on-call backup
Build confidence, stability, and pathways into education or employment
For residents with high or multiple needs, including trauma recovery, substance misuse, or ex-offender reintegration.
Daily structured contact
Dedicated on-site or visiting staff, with on-call support 24/7
For individuals with severe or clinical-level needs, including mental health conditions or neurological disorders.
24-hour, 1:1 or 2:1 staffing
